PAUL MCEVOY
FOUNDER & PGA Professional
Paul McEvoy is the Founder of Elite Golf Performance Centres and a Burnley Golf Club's Head PGA Professional.
​
After 16 years at Clitheroe Golf Club as their head PGA professional, a fresh challenge and drive helped Paul decide to open a chain of elite coaching centres with the full support and backing from fellow PGA professionals with a combined teaching experience of over 150 years.
​
Paul will drive all his staff to provide the best coaching and retail journey and continue to be an active member of the coaching and fitting staff as well as driving the franchise forward and continuing to supply his uk wide following with everything golf related.
​
Paul will be continue to apply his time across multiple sites at Prairie Sports Village and Accrington Golf Club including in his capacity as Head Professional at Burnley Golf Club while overseeing our high level performance coaching staff and our other venues at Whalley Golf Club and Darwen Golf Club.
CRAIG GORNALL
PGA Professional
Craig started his PGA Professional career 14 years ago and has been recognised as a PGA Advanced Coach.

Craig joined the team following his previous eight years based in London. After training at the University of Birmingham, Craig has developed a knowledge based around swing mechanics and course management with experience includes coaching at three Open Championships, Europe’s busiest Golf Facility, becoming a Trackman and TPI certified coach.
Based at Prairie Sports Village, Craig spearheads our Junior and Women's golf initiatives.
JONATHAN POLLARD
PGA Professional
Jonathan Started his PGA career at the age of 18 and in the fifthteen years since has built a successful coaching career.
Under the supervision of our very own Paul McEvoy at Clitheroe, Jonathan progressed to Head Professional at Accrington Golf Club. Jonathan’s keen interest in the game both from a coaching and commercial perspective has developed into the success retail and coaching section we see today.
CONNOR TAYLOR
PGA Professional Assistant
Connor has grown up with golf, rising through the junior ranks at Accrington Golf Club to become the clubs Junior Captain.
Since 2015, Connor has worked as Jonathan’s assistant at Accrington. Following in Jonathan’s footsteps, Connor’s commercial interest in the game has meant he is the person to see for new equipment, fittings, club alterations and much more.
NIKKI Foster
PGA Professional Assistant
Nikki has grown up with golf, rising through the junior ranks at both Pleasington Golf Club and Accrington Golf Club before representing Lancashire and England internationally.
In 2011, Nikki burst onto the international stage whilst playing at the 2011 Ladies British Open at Carnoustie. After a number of successful seasons, Nikki stepped away from competitive golf to raise a family.
Following a ten year hiatus away from competitive golf, Nikki has joined the Elite Golf Coaching staff whilst heading up our Whalley Golf Club professional shop and coaching centre.
